Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of clearing import processing, with dispatch runs each Friday, via a tracked UK courier service (typically Royal Mail Tracked 48). You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way, with delivery usually following within 2–4 business days of dispatch.
Because every comb is part of a limited, numbered batch, availability is genuinely first-come, first-served — once a size sells out, it stays out until the next harvest.
Caring for your comb
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Never refrigerate raw comb honey — cold temperatures speed up crystallisation and can affect texture.
Crystallisation is completely natural and not a sign anything's wrong — it's simply what raw, unheated honey does over time. If your honey crystallises, stand the jar in warm (not hot) water for a few minutes to soften it again. Avoid microwaving, which can damage the raw enzymes that make this honey worth having in the first place.
The comb itself is entirely edible — wax and all.
